I have seen enough Panda discussion. As SEO, we don’t need to panic (too much) about the drops after the Panda. There are always discussion/threads on forums on how to ‘pandalize’ your site to ‘avoid’ dropping from the rank that you used to be.
My only advice is to stick if the best SEO practice, provide valuable content to users but not search engines (for example don’t spin your articles for cheating spiders), build natural links and participate and engaging users on social media. Every SEO should expect a more difficult environment by G, especially they would focus more on usability and personalized results. Good luck in 2012.
